heroic efforts, social enterprises alone cannot cement a sustainable, long-term partnership between health and the arts. Government institutions must create the frameworks needed to make that happen. In the interval between the release of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/books\/NBK553773\/\">WHO report in 2019<\/a> and the publication of this white paper, several very interesting processes have been set in motion, such as the aforementioned institutional statement made by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.senado.es\/legis14\/publicaciones\/pdf\/senado\/bocg\/BOCG_D_14_87_692.PDF\">Spanish Senate in September 2020<\/a> and other, more recent initiatives:<\/p>\n<p><mark><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cultureforhealth.eu\/\">Culture for Health :<\/a><\/mark> this is a cross-sectorial, trans-European project funded by the European Commission that aims to generate knowledge and compile policy guidelines on how to enhance well-being and health through culture. Several Cultura en Vena initiatives, including the MIR Project, have been included in this European framework:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cultureforhealth.eu\/mapping\/culture-of-emergencies\/\">Emergency Culture<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cultureforhealth.eu\/mapping\/goya-in-a-hospital\/\">Goya in a Hospital?<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cultureforhealth.eu\/mapping\/ambulatory-art-temporary-exhibitions-and-cultural-mediators-at-hospitals\/\">Ambulatory Art<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cultureforhealth.eu\/mapping\/internal-resident-musicians-irm\/\">Musicians In Residence<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><mark><a href=\"https:\/\/www.artshealthcc.org\/\">WHO Collaborating Centre for Arts &amp; Health :<\/a><\/mark> created in 2021, this centre aims to carry out world-class research into how the arts, culture and heritage affect mental and physical health. It is working with the culture\/healthcare ecosystem to develop arts and health policy globally and will provide training and resources to support this new field.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-61f4fd0 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" Inter-American Development Bank presented an interesting publication titled <a href=\"https:\/\/publications.iadb.org\/es\/como-sanar-un-mundo-herido-el-poder-del-arte-como-motor-de-transformacion-social-en-la-era\">Healing a Broken World: The Power of Art for Social Transformation<\/a> <em> <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/publications.iadb.org\/es\/como-sanar-un-mundo-herido-el-poder-del-arte-como-motor-de-transformacion-social-en-la-era\">in the Post-Pandemic Era .<\/a> At an international symposium held a few months later, the Cultura en Vena team was able to share our experience with the MIR Project.<\/p>\n<p><mark><a href=\"https:\/\/mediateca.asambleamadrid.es\/watch?id=NTJhZGRhZGYtNmU2YS00NTYxLWIyMGItOWI2MjJmMDllNDY2&amp;start=5554\">Cultura en Vena appeared before the Assembly of Madrid<\/a><\/mark> (legislative body of the region of Madrid) to inform all the political parties represented there of the arts and health projects currently in progress.<\/p>\n<p><mark><a href=\"https:\/\/grabaciones.parlamentodenavarra.es\/watch?id=M2Q1MWM4NzctZDVkMy00ODFmLTk2ZGYtOWFjNTNlMzQxMDAy&amp;start=338\">Cultura en Vena appeared before the regional Parliament of Navarre<\/a><\/mark> after a motion to support artistic practices in healthcare settings was passed almost unanimously by all political parties in that body.<\/p>\n<p>On 21 June 2022, World Music Day, the president of the Congress of Deputies made an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=XqvOkSPe9mw&amp;t=12s\">institutional statement<\/a> on behalf of the entire Spanish Parliament, acknowledging the role of music in
